The offering is available from 21 May 2026 until the issue is fully subscribed.

The minimum investment is EUR 1,000.

The yield of VODA SPIEVA Green Bonds is 5 % p. a. It is a fixed annual yield determined in accordance with the issue terms. Detailed information about the yield is provided in the Prospectus.

The maturity of the issue is 3 years.

Interest payments will be made annually. The first two interest payments will be made after one year and two years from the issue date, respectively. The final third interest payment will be made together with the repayment of the principal three years after the issue date. Detailed information is provided in the Prospectus.

The proceeds from the issue are intended to finance projects related to water infrastructure, such as the renewal and modernisation of networks, reduction of water losses, and other environmentally relevant measures.

The bonds meet the relevant green financing standards, specifically the international ICMA Green Bond Principles. Compliance of the issue with this standard has been confirmed by an independent Second Party Opinion issued by Moody’s. This renowned company, one of the “Big Three” global rating agencies, assigned the issue a Sustainability Quality Score (SQS) of “very good”.
